Description
We are looking for respectful guests who don't mind staying in a house where we have our belongings and will happily take care of our sweet cat. We usually rent weekly during the year and monthly in the Summer. I am also looking at renting one room on a more long-term basis (monthly). What to do nearby: Culture Annenberg Beach House 10 minutes from the beach and Santa Monica Pier Bike lanes on Broadway St off the house. Comments: All the costs are included except cleaning fee depending on the length of the stay. Our cat Momo lives there. He is very independent. There are two parking spots available. Rates are negotiable based on length of the stay.

Comments: The stairs do not have a railing. It is not steep. I have two teens and never had any issues. However if you have a toddler, you might have some concerns.

Momo, our cat is very friendly and independent. He goes out. The only thing we would need is for you to feed him every day. It's negotiable.
Comments: There is a gardener coming every two weeks. The trash goes out every Sunday evening. I share the duties with my neighbor.
