It has curved windows that look out onto the river and the front yard. the house has an enclosed porch & is on a quiet street near the mill river w/ a substantial open backyard surrounded by tall trees. I own the house and have lived here for just over a year. Its a very sweet neighborhood, with a library down the street and a community garden just across the river. I am an academic and writer, queer, 43. I like to take walks, hikes, move around outside and read books inside. I dont have pets but am open to them as roommates. You: adult with a life that takes you outside the house. Want to have some shared things and company and duties around the house, but also respectful of privacy. Queer and trans friendly etc etc. The rent is $925/ month.
