The house is very well maintained, and located in a beautiful and quiet area, with gorgeous pond view. You will stay like at home. It is also very convenient: 4 mins driving to Masonville Mall, 8 mins driving to Western University, 13 mins driving to Fanshawe College; and close to Bus Route 19, 34 (to Masonville Mall and Western University), and 25 (to Fanshawe college). To rent to female only. No party and no smoking. There is one cat at home (she is quiet and nice to anyone), so no more pets are expected. Lease length is negotiable.
