A two story house, 3000 square feet. three bedrooms upstairs, along with two bathrooms and one elliptical. downstairs is a large open space that includes living room, kitchen and a breakfast nook. There is also a dining room, full bathroom, sitting room, and master bedroom en suite downstairs. Screened in porch, outside deck in back and front porch as well. See link below for more photos. We are 3 miles from campus, which is an easy bike ride away.

Comments: The house is on two floors. There are a few stairs up to the first floor, though we do have a chair lift in the garage, so stairs can be avoided. The master bedroom is on the main floor, three bedrooms upstairs.
