The lovely interior decor includes antique and whimsical furnishings, a Restoration Hardware sofa, a plush feather sofa, a hand painted wedding trunk, a cherry wood dining room table (which can be opened to play ping pong), with comfortable chairs, and modern lighting. The kitchen has concrete counters, a gas stove, a multi pure water filter, and a stainless steel refrigerator. The fireplace is decorative. There are hardwood floors throughout the rooms and living spaces, with terra cotta tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. The antique furniture comes from Mallorca, Costa Rica and Mexico. Your bedroom comes furnished with an antique dresser, as well as a queen size bed frame, no mattress for the bed frame. A twin mattress is available, or you can use your own mattress for the queen bed frame. There are great trails nearby in Tilden Regional Park, perfect for jogging and hiking, and Wildcat Canyon Rd is well travelled by bicyclists. Lake Anza is also close by, as well as the Little Farm. The street has underground utilities, so no power lines nor glaring lights. The garden has many young fruit trees, including an apple, fig, persimmon, avocado, lemon, lime, pomegranate and apricot tree. There is also a climbable redwood tree with an elevated deck beneath. There are roses, brugmansia, maples, flowering maples (a hummingbird favorite), and wisteria. One room of the 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home is available May 1st. All utilities included, no extra fees.
