We're going on sabbatical(!) The house is ideal for someone working at UW - easy and quick bike ride on a car-free trail. Close to restaurants, the arboreturm, and the local elementary school (Thoreau). Fully furnished;fully-equipped kitchen. 1st floor: Living room with gas fireplace, TV room, dining room, kitchen, half-bath 2nd floor: Master bedroom with a queen bed and attached master bath; 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed (full lower bunk; twin upper bunk), full bath 3rd bedroom currently set up as an office with a futon for guests. Basement: finished space with a ceiling-mounted projector & screen, weight rack, washer/dryer in a separate laundry room. Lots of closet space! Deck, screened-in porch, large backyard, gas grill, and HOT TUB! Happy to send additional photos on request or do a video tour.

Comments: Lots of space! Close to campus (easy bike ride), on bus line. Amazing neighborhood.
