This spacious, cozy Apartment is a great solution for those seeking a very central place for short, medium or long term stays. The large living room is furnished with a tailor-made library where you will find interesting books, mostly about cinematography, but also history, literature and philosophy. On the other side of the living room there is another tailor-made wooden piece, perfect for storing our vast movie collection. You can watch or read anything you will find inside the apartment, during your stay. Another elegant and refined 80s design piece of the living room is the crystal table, with elegant chairs upholstered in leather. This space can be very suitable as a working area, since the High-Speed Wi-Fi router is located in the living room. The Wi-Fi connection is very solid in the entire place. Two comfortable chairs and a sofa bed (140x190cm, adequate for 2) complement this space, providing additional comfort and functionality. For some leisure time, you can enjoy the flat screen TV with access to Netflix, PrimeVideo, Youtube and other platforms. In the master's bedroom there is a large bed (160x200cm), a desk with a comfortable seat, a spacious wardrobe - ideal for lengthy stays - as well as a comfortable chair (covered with a grey tissue, in the picture) by the window, which can be perfect for reading enjoying natural light or, if necessary, can be opened and turned into a single bed (90x200cm). The second bedroom is similarly furnished as the master's bedroom, with a comfortable desk and chair, as well as a large wardrobe to store clothes. Here, there are two twin beds (90x190/200cm), one of which can be obtained by opening the chair (with a red tissue, as in the picture) located on the right side, if facing the bed. The potential capacity of this apartment is, in total, of 7 people, if we consider the large sofa bed (140x190cm) adequate for two, the double bed (160x200cm), the twin bed of the master's bedroom (90x200cm) and the two twin beds in the second bedroom (90x190/200cm). This opens up the possibility to have additional, occasional guests during your stay. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. Various household appliances are made available: - coffee machine - microwave - kettle - oven - dishwasher - laundry machine - refrigerator - freezer Cutlery, dishes, pots, pans are all made available for free for every stay, along with basic elements such as olive oil, salt, sugar and more. The protagonists of the kitchen are the precious green tiles, the marble surfaces and most importantly, the table - a 50s design piece with its three original chairs.
