Furnished townhouse near University of Toronto

Description

We've rented our place in the past to visiting faculty to University of Toronto. In all cases, it's been an individual from Europe who was here for 1-2 years. We're willing to consider hosting a couple, but we are not open to kids or pets. It's a small place with a single king sized bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There's an additional bathroom with a shower for visitors next to the kitchen. There's a second bedroom that is not available and locked, where we keep out personal belongings when we're renting the apartment. The townhouse is part of a larger condominium, so you can have packages delivered to the main address of the condominium where there is a 24 hour concierge who can sign for packages and release them to you when you need them.
