Comfortably elegant home in Redwood City (easy commute to Stanford)

This is a nice property that will be available for a longer-term rental while we are on sabbatical. We want to make the living experience great for you, and will work with you to make our stuff work for you during your stay. Want a bicycle to commute to work? We can provide that. Need kids stuff? We've got lots of that! (seriously, we have a 3.5 year old, and while the property will seem smart and sophisticated to anyone, kids will enjoy the place and the newly renovated backyard). Please note that the pictures are not professionally staged and show some amount of life clutter--we are living in the house! Don't worry, we will be moving a bunch of stuff to our garage so that you have plenty of space for your things, and all the surfaces and closets will be more sparse for your arrival. Basically, our place is nice and the pictures don't really do it justice. We are working professionals trying to provide a great long-term rental, not property managers.... There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. the main has a Queen bed, and the other two bedrooms have a normal queen bed and a kid's bed, respectively. There is an air mattress that could be used to turn the office into another bedroom, although it is currently set up that way. The kitchen is very modern, with an open floor plan. The backyard has been newly renovated, with a covered area and outdoor eating table, two turf areas, and a shaded lounging daybed. We have the full DirectTV package and strong wifi in every room.
