FULLY FURNISHED with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable, organic cotton queen bed. Large desk in living room, smaller desk in bedroom, and a comfortable two-person couch. Large closet with shelves and drawers. Kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishes, toaster, silverware, dish towels, etc. Shower/bath combo. See photos. Gas heater in the living room. The whole property is fenced in. Shared laundry in the basement of the front house. In addition to homes, on the property there is a guest room and an outdoor bathroom that is occasionally rented to friendly travelers from time to time. All folks are well vetted and usually known. We live quietly, peacefully, and optimistically. No pets, there is already a small dog here. Parking is on the street, usually not to far from the front of house with no permit required. We are very conveniently located on the border of North Oakland, Emeryville and Berkeley, near Trader Joe's, the Berkeley Bowl west, and Bay Street. Great restaurants nearby, and a wonderful park. The Emery-Go-Round is a free bus that takes you to MacArthur BART train station. Monthly rent is $2250.00 including utilities. No smoking inside or outside.
