House would be perfect for family coming for work for a year, or quiet grad students who will take good care of the house. Lovely quiet top-floor attic room with a view of the town. Nice back garden for barbeques. Exposed limestone and brick walls and fireplaces(not operating). Antique furnishings. Big covered (but unheated) garage for one car, plus plenty of room for a workshop or studio. Hear St. Mary's church bells chime. Not a party house out of respect elderly neighbours.

Comments: House is fully furnished with beds, bedding, towels, kitchen appliances, cutlery, etc. Just bring your suitcase with clothes. 3 rooms with large desks. I will need access to basement periodically but will be arranged at mutually agreed upon times.

Comments: There is one bedroom available as of Sept 1, 2024 and 2 bedrooms as of Jan 1, 2025. Kitchen, bathroom ,living room/dining room and entrance are shared. Landlord will be living in the basement.
