Description
**Large house available for well-below market value; hoping to rent to trustworthy people in exchange for low rate** We have a newly renovated, big, open, and bright house available for rent this summer, 2024. The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms (the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom) and an office with a daybed that could be used as a fourth bedroom. There is a side porch with an outdoor table and a BBQ grill, and a huge back deck with outdoor furniture. The front living room and dining area has cathedral ceilings and the back living room is open and bright, with accordion doors that open to the yard. It has central air, and all of the amenities you can imagine. There is also an electric car charging port in the driveway. The house is currently configured for children, with plenty of toys and books, but we imagine it would be a peaceful oasis without children, as well. We've rented the house out fully furnished for the past two summers to people we trust, who treated our home and our possessions as their own. We're hoping to do the same this summer.
