Spacious full closet, queen bed with nightstands and dresser. Shared areas are open living, dining, and kitchen along with yard and laundry. Deck is perfect for sunset and partial water views! A block away from restaurants in downtown Deale and water access. Walking distance to beach and piers, along with access to fishing, boat rentals and launch areas (paddle boarding, kayaking, boats). Less than an hour from DC, Annapolis, and Baltimore. On Rockhold Creek and Herring Bay. Lively fishing community with small town feel. Negotiable on terms for length of rent (1 month, 3 month, 6 month). Please limit guests. Family of 2 living in the home in 2 of the other bedrooms with dachshunds, so must love dogs. No additional pets allowed. No smokers (including weed, drugs, etc.), no political activists. One of us is a retiree, home most often with the dogs in a 2nd living area. The other works part-time from home, so quiet respectful roommates are expected. Feel free to join us in the kitchen for our culinary evolution or in the yard as we grow our green thumb expertise. Typical home bodies stuff.
