Description
I lead a healthy lifestyle, so this rental is ideal for one or two self-directed persons who also seek a peaceful environment that supports them in accomplishing their goals. It's a family friendly neighborhood and there is absolutely no smoking, partying or heavy drinking permitted on the premises. I live on the top floor of the house with my pup and there is another tenant on the floor below the rental suite, so it is expected of all parties (myself included) to observe quiet hours after eight pm, at which time we keep things like music, TV and talking at a quiet level.
