Nestled in the heart of Toronto, this cozy apartment offers a unique blend of urban living and historic charm. Original flooring graces the entire space, adding an authentic touch to your stay. Close to Kensington Market, Chinatown and University of Toronto. Minutes from Little Italy. The Space: Located on the main floor of a 3 storey historic house. Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Ensuite bathroom with shower Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed + Ensuite bathroom with bathtub Kitchen / Living Area - Fully stocked kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge) We provide pots, pans, plates and cutlery. Each room has a TV with Disney+ and Netflix We have a full kitchen, but do not have a dining table, there is an island in the kitchen with stools. We have free laundry in the basement, but it is shared with 2 other people. It’s usually not busy but if you get unlucky you might have to wait to use it. We do not provide parking. Street parking is available, but we are right downtown and at times it can be tough to find a spot.
