Hampton style luxury retreat with pool between Perth city & Cottesloe beach

We are a family of 5 who love to travel and we’re off on a 6 month sabbatical to Europe. Jen and I are both professionals and work in senior roles for global organisations. Our 3 children are in primary school and we love to travel with them. We’d love to share our house with like-minded people while we are taking a 6 month sabbatical from work. Our house is a lovely sanctuary nestled between the river, the city and the ocean. And the university of Western Australia is 5 min drive away, Notre Dame University 10 min. Murdoch, Curtin and ECU are also closeby. There is great access to public transport. Local shops and restaurants (Claremont Quarter) are walking distance and the local community is wonderful. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a separate study and kids retreat. The house has a wonderful open plan kitchen / dining / living space where all the family can gather. This area opens onto an outdoor entertaining deck overlooking the large swimming pool perfect for enjoying the beautiful Perth weather. The house has a separate apartment which is perfect for hosting guests, an au pair or for older children to enjoy as a separate entertainment space. The space between the apartment and the main house has a piazza for lovely evening dinners. Our house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy some time in sunny Perth!
