We're renting out our three-bedroom apartment in Schöneberg, very close to U-Kurfürstenstraße (U1). The building was completed in 2020 and the apartment is a beautiful, bright, calm, modern place to live. There are three beds: a king-size bed (200x200cm), and two single beds (90x200cm and 100x200cm) in the other two bedrooms. The apartment features new, custom-built wardrobes for ample storage, a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, and oven, and a utility room with washing machine, iron, and storage. The living room is spacious with a double-height ceiling and a mezzanine which can serve as an office space. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, each equipped with rain shower heads. A large balcony overlooks the garden, which is perfect for kids: there is a sandpit and playground equipment, and the families in the two neighbouring buildings come together often. There is a piano in the dining area / open kitchen. There will be some, but not many personal items in the apartment. There is elevator access to the apartment which is on the second floor. The apartment is close to Potsdamer Straße, with bars, shops, and galleries, and a supermarket on Kurfürstenstraße, only a couple of hundred metres away. There is a regular farmer's market on nearby Winterfeldplatz. The rent is 2,500€ per month, including wifi and utilities, and a cleaner can be organised if desired.
