Looking to rent or swap our family friendly mid-century home. Best location in Chico, a wonderful college town near Sacramento and Napa/Sonoma. Walk or bike to CSU Chico, the charming downtown, and wonderful Bidwell Park. We have a huge, peaceful yard with a play structure for kids, large front and back porch, vegetable garden beds, flowers, and a wonderful hammock. A relaxing place to spend a semester!
