Description
I am a professor of Art History and my partner is a design professional - we divide our time between Philadelphia and our other home, which is approx. 4 hours away. We have one bedroom that we are looking to rent out - one bedroom is currently occupied by a PhD student, and the third bedroom we keep for when my partner and I return to Philadelphia (on the rare occasion). The available bedroom is approximately 125 square feet. It's quiet, cozy, and stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The bedroom can be furnished, semi-furnished, or unfurnished. We will provide a window a/c unit for you to use. It's an ideal situation for anyone completing research fellowships or other short-term academic positions in Philadelphia (in the past our renters have included nurses on rotation, visiting assistant professors at Philly universities, and graduate students). NOTE: Some of the photos are outdated, from when we lived in the home full-time. We are happy to provide updated photos or do a Zoom / FaceTime tour on request!
