Description
Ideally looking for someone visiting or working at UCLA during Summer 2024. I'm a PhD Student and my apartment is owned by UCLA. It's a large one-bedroom: I bought new furniture for the whole apartment three months ago, so everything is brand new. One King-Size Bed (plus one sofa bed-queen size in the living room). 4th floor facing the inner courtyard: the apt is therefore very quiet and gets a lot of light. Car and car park might be negotiable. Wifi is fast and stable, I have a big new TV with all the main streaming platforms. Large private balcony as well. A shuttle bus can take you each hour to UCLA Campus, it stops just around the corner. The neighborhood (Culver City) is lovely, with nice bookshops and excellent restaurants
