Description
Two scenarios— 1) You are here while I am away only, then I pay you $40/day for total animal care. 2) If you want to live here for a longer period, we could exchange rent ($500/month) for animal care ($40/day) and other services (to be negotiated). Must have own auto! 1 hour to Baltimore, 1 ½ - 2 hours to Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. in opposite directions. Nearest grocery store is 5 miles away. Nearest mall and other substantial shopping are 12 miles away. In addition to the cultural opportunities in the cities listed, there are other world-class attractions such as Longwood Gardens and other Dupont historical properties (1-1 1/2 hours away). I have lots of extended family nearby to serve as back-up, assistance, or to do the animal care should you want to take off a weekend, for example.

Cats: Feed and water; scoop 3 cat boxes as needed; empty and renew once each week. 2 outdoor cats: Feed and water. 2 beagles (m&f): Feed and water; walk 2x daily. Friendly dogs. All animals are spayed or castrated and have rabies vaccination.
I would like help with mail and deliveries
Normal mailbox. Bring in mail once a day.
I would like help with plants or garden
Indoor succulents need minimal watering. There are outdoor vegetable gardens available for co-work/harvest.
Comments: Must be able to lift 25 lb. dog. Female has degenerative spinal disease. Lives normally, but requires passive monitoring and careful lifts into and out of the kennel.

Comments: Quiet Rural Retreat: Bedroom with double bed. 2 bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen and laundry. In the middle of a conservation reserve on an active farm. Family nearby. Excellent wi-fi! Other space negotiable. Singles or couples; no kids, please.
