Quiet and cozy retreat just 10 minutes walk to downtown and 1o minute drive to UVIC. Cafes, grocery stores etc all within a two-minute walk. One parking space included. I work from my office downtown. When I'm home, I'm quiet and relatively peaceful and generally operate on a sunrise-sundown schedule. Looking for a calm, studious and respectful person to share my beautiful place. Extra Details: The South Bedroom is on the main floor of the house. The shady oak backyard is shared with the downstairs tenants while the back deck and the sunny front garden are private to our floor.
