Walk to parts of the UCB campus, bike to any part of campus, or jump on the bus or BART, just down the block from us. Easy street parking. Quiet tree-lined street, with friendly neighbors. Great restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, including the fantastic Berkeley Bowl grocery store, and a weekly farmers market two blocks away. Comments: Our duplex is on a corner lot, and the ADU is in the back. You are behind a locked gate, in the well-lit yard. Beautiful tree-lined street. As a corner house, we have plenty of street parking, and you will usually park in front of your ADU.
