You will be close to everything when you stay at this beautiful, large, flat. Large kitchen with round table that makes you want to sit and talk to neighbors. Small deck off the kitchen leads to a lovely garden with fire pit serves as a whole extra room. Bedroom w/king bed, 2nd bedroom w/two single beds, living room has double pull out couch. 1 and 1/2 bath. Very large closet off the 1/2 bath could be a small office. Family friendly if you would like us to leave the toys and bikes. Central location to Golden Gate Park and great neighborhood dining: NOPA, 4505 Burgers and BBQ (the best ribs in the city), The Mill, Little Star Pizza, Che Fico, Bar Crudo, Falleti's market, Sunday farmers' market, Bi-Rite. Great bus lines within 3 blocks (31, 5, 5 Rapid, 21, 24)

Comments: Tell me what you need and we can discuss. You can choose if you want a second toilet to make a half bath or a small office (the conversion to reinstall the toilet and sink takes a day. That office then becomes a large storage closet with a 1/2 bath.
