Retired teacher looking for responsible tenants to enjoy a fully furnished home away from home which also allows me to travel for a short time. I have been fortunate to have travelled with my teaching career and have also enjoyed meeting and sharing homes around the world. It is a rich and addictive experience. This property has been in our family now for 3 generations and has been lovingly restored and renovated in 2022 so we are looking for tenants that will leave the property in exactly the condition they found it. Pantry is well stocked so help yourself to whatever you need and replace items as they are used. There is a studio outbuilding on the property with a private entrance/parking and is not rented out. It is for family use only and is completely private from the house. The neighbourhood is a mix of young and mature professional families in a lovely, quiet historic district. Enjoy a walk around the area and explore these unique homes. The property is also located near Royal Columbian Hospital within 20 min walking distance or a short car ride for anyone on a medical locom, a fellowship or for medical personnel on short term jobs. It is also a 10 minute walk to the Justice Institute. New Westminster is ideally situated to access some of the best hiking and kayaking in the country. Coastal Mountain ranges are within an hours drive. Rivers and ocean easily accessible for the ultimate West Coast experience for any water sports including easy access by ferry to Vancouver Island, Tofino and the Gulf Islands.
