Beautiful and sunny, located in a quiet street with wonderful neighbours. Perfect for a family of four (or maybe five if the kids are little). Situated on the edge of a beautiful park with expansive fields, water views and small forest, we often have native birds from the park - fantail, pukeko and tui frequent our garden. All kitchen utensils, linen, towels, lawn mowing, unlimited wifi included. Central heating and underfloor heating in bathroom ensures the whole house is cosy at all times. The covered deck is a big advantage for indoor outdoor flow. The kitchen, living area and garden, with its north-west facing position, is bathed in all day sun. Alarmed, fully fenced and secure with monitored security system front and back of house. Very handy to public transport, UNITEC is in walking distance. We are off to adventure around South East Asia which includes remote working and our kids attending a green school in Indonesia.
