We have lived in our home for 18 years and are moving to enable our daughter to attend her school as a day student for her final year. We love our home and know it will suit families who are looking for a base that is close to schools, parks, shops and transport - all the things we love about Clifton Hill! This is an area where the local barista knows your name and your coffee order, where the café, a family-run milk bar and a wine bar are literally just around the corner and where you can access shops, public transport and major roads easily. Our home is ideal for young families, with plenty of garden to explore and childcare centres and two primary schools nearby. There are three bedrooms, all of which currently have double beds but could be converted to singles as required. Two have built in robes and there is significant storage in the main bathroom. There is a living room, with an upright piano (that is still in tune!), a kitchen/dining room that opens out with bifold doors to the back garden, two bathrooms (the main with a clawfoot bath), a small study just off the kitchen and a fully equipped laundry. We have two dogs and your pets are welcome. We just ask that they aren't allowed on the couch. We are in the process of doing some renovations, including painting, which will be completed by February. The house is fully furnished and comes complete with heaps of history, garden maintenance, a strong community around it and lovely neighbours next door.
