Our flat was bought 2 months ago, in a beautiful neighborhood, surrounded by everything you may look for. It has been just renovated with a modern design. It is a 4th floor (the flat has 5 floors). It has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom used as an office/piano room), a separated dinning room opened to the kitchen (originally it was the fourth bedroom), a kitchen, a laundry room, 2 bathrooms (1 with a big shower -ensuite-, 1 with a bath), a living room (extended sofa-bed for guests), a terrace (we are buying new outdoor furniture). It also has a private garage accessible from the elevator (adapted for reduced movility). There is a big swimming pool and a small swimming pool, surrounded by a big garden with trees, wood umbrellas and toilets. It also has private leisure areas for the kids. We have new high power air conditioning in the living room and the double bed bedroom, and ceiling fan in the dining room and single bed bedroom. If you open the doors, the whole house will be cold. I could leave everything here, making easier your live while you are here (homeware, kitchen equipment, baby gear (optional), etc.). In case we do not find a house to swap, we would have to rent one, and then we could rent ours from May to July (minimum stay 1 week in May and 1 month June and July). Optional renting some days in August. The bus to the center is at the main door and the underground 3 mins walking door to door.
