We are professors and have visited different universities in various countries using sabbatical homes. We are going to be on sabbatical and want to offer our apartment to professors and/or researchers who will be spending a minimum of 3 months at some of the universities in Barcelona. The Pompeu Fabra University Ciudadela Campus is within walking distance. The apartment has everything a professor might need. The building has a nice terrace that neighbors can use, equipped with tables, chairs, and very pleasant views. Public transportation (metro, buses, and train) is very close, making it super easy to get anywhere in Barcelona. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, and it takes the same time to get to Plaza Catalunya. Being located in El Born, there is a wide range of dining options, and we have several supermarkets nearby (there is one right outside the building entrance). We can negotiate the use of a parking space and also car since we have a parking space 2 minutes away from the apartment. If you're looking for a charming, comfortable, and well-located apartment, this is your best option.
