Description
We are a couple who have worked at universities and writing schools in Australia. I am 'Paddy' a writer and writing teacher, and my partner, Anthony works in international educations as an advisor. I am the author of 10 books and numerous articles and essays - it means we have lots of books and see the house as a creative space for writing and study. We are travelling for 3 months so ideally are looking for someone to stay the whole time. It is not a party house, and the house is semi-detached, so we need one person or a couple who live quietly and will water the garden.

Comments: This is a two storey terrace house so you will need to be able to use stairs easily. Upstairs has a large light-filled bedroom, home office and bathroom, Downstairs is the living area and fully-equipped kitchen.

Comments: This is a great place to live if you like easy access to all this vibrant city offers but in a quiet street. It is perfect for scholars and writers as it as separate room for writing/studying and two verandahs for sitting and thinking. .

Comments: Walking distance to cafes, city, Botanic Gardens, Opera House, theatres, 2 mins walk to Sydney Harbour. Close to public transport to beaches and city. Quiet with a small garden but near everything you need.
