Fully equipped clean apartment in safe, green suburb, perfect location only 12 minutes from CBD, 25 minutes from the airport, close to the motorway. Easy accessible, free car park on the street front of the house. Maintained private front yard with outdoor lounge. For your comfort: Cold welcome drinks, stove moka and Breville Expresso Barista coffee machine, coffee & sugar (white & raw), tea in various flavours. Everything is provided to prepare your food and take your meal at the 4-seater dining. Kitchenette equipment: Fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, pan, pots, plates, various utensils, cutting boards, bowls, cutlery, mugs, water and wine glasses, dish soap, salt and pepper. Easy to look after your laundry with washing machine available, washing liquid and fabric softener are provided. After a long and busy day, switch off and enjoy your time on the lounge, read a book or watch a good movie on Netflix from the comfortable couch. Bathroom amenities: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, hair dryer, cleaning supplies, toilet paper. While your apartment is separate, you should expect that you might hear some footsteps above from time to time. We will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This 2 bedrooms apartment accommodates 4 people. The second bedroom can be configured as king size bed or 2 single beds.
