Family-friendly home with resort style backyard

We will be traveling in summer 2024 and would be interested in renting our home to a responsible individual/couple/friends/ family. This is our home and we simply look for individuals who would treat it as if it were their home too. Our house is in an excellent Scottsdale location in a family-oriented neighborbood, with easy access to shopping (e.g., Kierland Commons), grocery stores, and restaurants. Several hiking trails are within 15 minutes drive. There is a large park right next to the neighborhood, about a 5 minute walk. The home is close to the 101 loop, making getting around the Valley quite easy. The home is 12 minutes to Mayo Clinic main hospital; 17 minutes to Mayo Clinic on Shea Blvd; 20 minutes to ASU Tempe; and 25 minutes to ASU Downtown. Home has 4 bedrooms: a master with king bed and en suite bathroom; guest room with full bed; guest room with twin bed with trundle; and guest room set up as a rec room with queen sleeper sofa. We also have a pack ‘n play and mattress available if needed. Living room is large with 75” television with multiple streaming services. A dedicated office is available off the living room. The office is equipped with sit-to-stand desk and wireless printer. A peloton is also housed in the office and is available for use. Upon entering the home from the garage, there is a laundry room with full-sized, high efficiency washer and dryer. The backyard is an oasis and includes a beautiful pool, firepit, built-in barbecue, plenty of seating, grassy area, and trampoline. Please note that image of pool was taken just before sunset. Home is west facing, so there is plenty of sunshine over the pool during the day. There are umbrellas that can be placed in holders in the pool, misters to keep you cool, and a covered patio to keep you shaded when there is too much sun. The garage can be available if needed. We have available in the garage all the sports equipment - basketballs, soccer goals, tennis racquets, camping equipment, etc. There are also 4 bikes and 3 kids’ scooters. This is our family home so it is well-appointed with everything you’ll need to feel at home.
