I am an Engineering Professor and live in a condo in the Westwood neighborhood. The condo is large (938 sq. ft.) with two rooms. Usually, one of the rooms (master bed or guest room) can be rented out. Master bed is large with direct access to the balcony. It has a closet, a standing desk, a 75 inch TV, a California King bed, and heating. Two people are allowed if the master bed is rented. The guest room is 12x12 sq. ft. with a small closet, a desk, a chair, and a TV. It is ideal for one person. The living space is large (see photos) and attached to a balcony. You are welcome to use the living space. Next to the living space is a dining table and a kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. There are laundry facilities just outside the condo (inside the building). There's a pool in the building. The location is ideal for visiting scholars and short term guests. Lots of options for public transportation. Plenty of options for dining and shopping too. Several grocery stores within walking distance. MASTER BEDROOM AVAILABLE FROM JUNE 10. GUEST ROOM IS AVAILABLE FROM SEPTEMBER 15.
