Description
Tenured professor and USF Doctoral student looking for a female/female energy to share my renovated house in thriving and diverse V.M, adjacent to Tampa Heights. This central Tampa location is walkable and exceptionally convenient to the best parts of Tampa (The Riverwalk, Ybor City, The Heights area). It's 5 mins to downtown (but take the free trolley!), 15 mins to USF, 30 mins to St. Pete, 5 mins to Seminole Heights. I am very clean & neat and enjoy quiet time at home. I have two dogs (Bernard &Harry Winston) so no other pets, please. Fitness and yoga are a significant part of my life. Vegetarian, sometime vegan (vegetarian household). I have equipment for all of your kitchen needs including a Nespresso machine that you'll want to take home ; ) . Bicycle available for your use. LGBTQ+ welcome.
