Comments: Tenants should be calm and respectful of the neighbours. Smoking only on the terraces. Not really suitable for wheelchairs nor young children due to staircases in the apartment.
There is an automatic watering system for the plants on the two terraces. Now and then one would need to check the proper functioning - not a big deal really!
