Recently renovated 4 bedroom house in Dufferin Grove

Our family of four is going on a one year sabbatical starting summer 2024 and are looking to rent our home. The home was renovated top to bottom two years ago. On the main floor, it has a living room (with a piano), a dining room, and a large kitchen with new appliances and doors opening to the backyard. On the second floor, there are two kids' bedrooms, a kids' bathroom and a primary bedroom with an ensuite. On the third floor, there is a study, a guest bedroom we use as a second study (with an ensuite bathroom), a family room with a projector for watching movies and a third floor deck. The house has a two car garage that can be accessed from a laneway, and front and back gardens where we recently planted native trees, flowers and shrubs. The house is very close to a subway stop, the UP Express to get to the airport and train station, and various streetcar lines. It is in a great walkable neighbourhood with excellent parks, stores, art galleries, bakeries and restaurants within short walking distance. An elementary school is down the block and various parks are close by, one with a skating rink open in the winter. Our house was built around 1910 and is detached. The renovation was completed in 2021 and it was featured in design magazines. The house is filled with light and is spacious, warm and friendly feeling.
