We are heading overseas for 10 months and hope to find someone who will enjoy our new place as much as we do! Our midtown home has a newly remodeled open and modern kitchen with a large quartz countertop, stainless appliances, newly painted living areas, hickory laminate floors, and Pella windows. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and an attached bath, a second bedroom with a king size bed, a third bedroom serving as an office, and a second full bath. Downstairs, there is a family room with a gas fireplace, new couches and a 65” TV with sound system. There is a 4th bedroom serving as a workout room with a Precor Elliptical trainer and wall mounted resistance bands. (If needed, we are happy to purchase a bed and bed frame so that the workout room or office could serve as a 3rd bedroom. ) Downstairs there is also a small bathroom, and laundry with full size LG stackable front load washer and dryer. The house has a large backyard, privacy fence, gazebo with table and chairs, covered patio area with comfortable couches and fire table as well as a Weber Grill. In the backyard, there is a heated shop that also houses a new Almost Heaven barrel sauna as well as a workshop table. The house also has an attached 2 car garage and an additional freezer in the garage. The home is within walking distance of Trader Joe’s, Cinemark Bistro Theatre, and plenty more shopping and dining options. as well as Warren Park which is a large park with a playground and sports fields. Colorado State University is less than 3 miles away, and easy bike ride with all the convenient trails that connect the city.
