Large front porch perfect for reading and relaxing. Very close to University of Texas campus and an easy drive to all of the fun that Austin has to offer. Master bedroom with a half bath in it also has a bright office space. Two additional bedrooms are good-sized. Shower and tub in the one full bath. Very large and bright kitchen. Laundry and all the essentials available. Happy to walk through on video so that you can see more. There is a one-bedroom/bath back house that could be included as well, depending on the arrangements.
