If you need 2 rooms, then this flat is just right for you. You'll move into a flat within a flat. There is a smaller room and a larger room that are furnished and you can choose how you want to use these two rooms. One room is the bedroom, the other can be used as an office or yoga room or whatever you need your second room for (professionally or private). The flat is located in a large old building (approx. 1920, with an elevator) and was newly built in 2019, it is located in the very well insulated attic. The flat has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition, there is a huge, beautiful terrace with a view of the newly designed backyard (2023) and a huge living room with integrated kitchen. The house is located on Fehrbelliner Platz, you can practically hop on the U3 or U7 and be everywhere in no time (if it's fast in Berlin, as it's so big) The Ku'damm is within walking distance, supermarkets and all important shops are nearby. Bikes are also there, so you can do everything. There is one small thing you have to get used to if you live in such an urban neighbourhood: an ambulance often drives past - I no longer hear it. The flat is very cosy and inviting, and I've loved living here since 2019. I'm looking forward to an open-minded and warm flatmate who likes to keep things tidy and is willing to compromise in a shared home.
