We are two MSU professors with two teenagers who will be on sabbatical abroad in 2024-25. We are looking to sublet our home, which is about 5 miles/15 minutes by car from MSU. The three-story light-filled house was built in 2016. It has 5 bedrooms, one currently furnished as an office. There are three full baths (2 with tubs, one with walk-in shower) and one half bath. There is a separate office on the main floor. The basement is finished, with a bedroom, full bath, and rec room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. There is a small yard with a back deck, as well as a front porch. There is a two-car garage available for use. Gardening is possible. There is an upright piano available for use. The house is near East Lansing's Northern Tier Trail, great for walking or biking. The Hawk Nest golf course is on the edge of the neighborhood.
