We are looking for a reliable, clean non-smoker to sublet our apartment long term. The apartment is in a 100-year old building and is a small co-op with only ~20 units. The unit is unfurnished. There is an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. The back of our apartment faces a church and feels very private and secluded.

Comments: The apartment is on a 2nd floor and is a walk-up. Our bathroom/kitchen have been recently gut renovated and everything is brand new (except the tub). We also recently replaced our floors throughout the entire apartment and upgraded our doors.

Comments: We are located in lower Washington Heights, on the edge of Sugar Hill (Harlem), an area rich in culture and history. We are close to 2 subway lines (1, C) and several grocery stores, a gym, and wonderful restaurants/cafes/bars.
