We are looking for an academic or medical professional looking for an excellent deal on a short term rental very close to the UNC campus and medical center. There is a key pad entry at the street level and the loft is accessible via elevator or stairs. The building is quiet with very little noise from adjacent condos. Our fully furnished loft has an open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen open to each other. Atrium glass doors open to the southwest giving lots of afternoon sunshine and stunning sunsets.
