Located in family friendly Stuyvesant Heights section of Bed-Stuy. Filled with so much history, home to legends like baseball great Jackie Robinson, actress and singer Lena Horne, and comedian Chris Rock. Our renovated Brownstone was built in 1899 and still features original details and charm.This garden level unit is a large one-bedroom apartment with updated kitchen and bathroom, in unit washer/dryer & private entrance. Centrally located with access to all that Brooklyn has to offer. For 30 day mid term rentals, there is a bit of an onboarding process where we will require additional information from our guest. We will require a short term lease that includes proof of identification. As well as a mid stay cleaning that is already factored into the cost. We are excited to host you and would love to understand how we can make your stay more enjoyable. Please let us know if there are any specific requirements, sites you are looking to explore during your stay, allergies that we should be mindful of, and any questions you have about the property.
