Description
We are an academic family traveling abroad during a sabbatical. We are looking for tenants to enjoy and care for our classic Craftsman home while we are away. You will love living near the Arboretum- a spectacular natural sanctuary in the heart of Seattle- and easy access by foot, bike, car, or bus to the University of Washington or any of the other colleges and universities in Seattle. Adjacent to a secret Olmsted “pocket park”, the house has a wonderful front porch and back deck, all of which provide beautiful, no-maintenance outdoor spaces. Three bedrooms, plus a bonus room that is currently being used as a bedroom but could be used as an office. The house comes with an EV charging station, baby grand piano, and Peloton bike.
