Super easy apartment to live in as everything you need is here. Elevator building on flat street, no need to hike up Newcastle's crazy hills to get in and out. Unit is directly cross the street from a supermarket, coffee shop, liquor store, and asian noodle spot, making it incredibly convenient for daily life. Walk 2 minutes further and you will find two chemists, countless restaurants, the Lock Up art Gallery, the post office, and shops galore on Hunter Street. The foreshore is 2 mins walk away and has a long walking/bike path that goes to the two beaches in one direction and down into greater Newcastle suburbs in the other direction. You can also walk directly down Hunter Street, and get to Newcastle beach in 12 minutes for a morning or afternoon dip and then stroll down the hill to Nobbys Beach.
