The flat is rented furnished and is available until the beginning of October, as we are out of Cologne on a research trip. The property is located in a lively neighbourhood in Cologne Mülheim. There are several bus and tram lines in the immediate vicinity of the property. Kolb Straße, which has great restaurants and cafés, is within walking distance. In addition, various cultural hotspots, such as Carlswerk, Schauspiel Köln and Kulturbunker Mülheim, are also reachable by foot.
