3 bedroom house in a leafy inner suburb of Canberra

We hope you will enjoy our cozy house in a leafy Canberra inner suburb. 2 minute walk to bike/walking trail nearby, 5 minutes walk to local schools, daycare, 10 minute walk to shops. It is a short 5 minute drive to Woden mall, 15 minutes to city center (or ~35 minutes on the bike path around Lake Burley Griffin). There are three bedrooms plus one office/study, there are two bath rooms plus a laundry room. There are two outdoor living spaces, a constructed pagola and a natural pagola under wiseteria (pictured). There are plenty of other space for outdoor play: a secret garden in the back, as well as under the big tree in front (it's a popular object for climbing among nearby kids). This house is kid-friendly, as a young child currently live it in. There is no pets and the rest of the house should be reasonably low maintenance. It is furnished with a collection of musical instruments, we hope you will find them convenient and look after the house while here. We will be delighted if other academics can enjoy it while we will be away the later half of 2024.
