Hi there, I’m a former academic who currently makes a living as a touring musician, and have recently found myself traveling or work more than enjoying my cozy home in h Bay Area. I have an amazing apartment located a few bus stops or a nice walk away from the Berkeley campus, in the thriving Temescal district. While the apartment is mere steps away from the shops and restaurants, take just 4 steps up from the neighborhood and you’ll find yourself in the comfort of home. A kitchen stocked w gear to coon all manner of things; the living rooms feature a projector ready to stream, a record player and a piano; the back patio has a rocking love seat to relax and take in the garden between work that you might take on at one of the two desk/writing areas. I am ideally looking for someone who is interested in staying for a semester, but would be happy to rent for an entire academic year to the right person. ,
