Buenas dias! We are offering a 3 bedroom 1 bath farmhouse in a rural setting just near the south coast of Spain. It is only about a 15 minute drive to the beach at Salobreña, which is consistently rated as one of the cleanest in all of Andalucia. Our house features an above-ground swimming pool and a large trampoline for the kids. Plus there is a dry riverbed next to the property which is perfect for nature walks. The house itself has been recently refurbished inside and out, including being fully insulated, double-glazing installed, and having new air-con units fitted throughout, so you'll stay nice and cool in the summer! We are only 5 mins to the A-7 motorway onramp, so despite it feeling so rural, you are just a quick drive to anywhere near the coast. Malaga airport is just over an hour away, and you are only 20 mins or so to many other beach communities like La Herradura, Almuñecar, Nerja, and Torrox, and only 45 minutes away from Granada. We have loads of fruit trees of our own, the fruit from which you are always welcome to. And a roof terrace with fantastic views. If you're looking to get away from the heat and the tourists, but still be a quick drive to the beach, this is it!
