We have a support staff nearby and we are on-call 24/7. Thus, you can use our home in it's entirety most of the year. For three or 4 months we reside here (generally winter months January - March) and will share to you a private room and private bath (for half price!!) Otherwise you can rent our home the balance of the year as your exclusive home away from home. We are new to this site... but have approximately 70 happy visitors from our last home in Connecticut via Airbnb! The HOA here does not allow pets. The home is fully furnished. You will have your own closet with a private bedroom and bathroom. We travel to Ecuador, Greece, Spain, Thailand, England, and France with some regularity. If you have a residence in any of these countries - let's talk about a home swap. We will even consider allowing you to drive our vehicle (you'll need to provide insurance expense and maintenance if we agree to this option). If you have your own vehicle - we have front row parking just waiting for you. Also there are several swimming pools for you to choose from on premise. BBQ Grills are also available for your use outdoors.
